NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, August 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Hutch, the New York-based contemporary women’s fashion brand known for its vibrant prints and timeless occasionwear, announces the launch of its first-ever knitwear collection. Marking a significant expansion for the brand, the debut collection is now available on hutch-design.com, with select styles available at Anthropologie.
The inaugural collection features nine styles released across three seasonal deliveries, including cardigans, pullover sweaters, and knit dresses. Crafted from soft cotton-rayon blends, each piece translates Hutch’s signature design language into knitwear, bringing the brand’s placement florals, bold geometrics, and feminine silhouettes into an entirely new category. Designed to pair seamlessly with Hutch’s ready-to-wear collections, the pieces allow customers to build a complete Hutch wardrobe across seasons.
Bringing Hutch’s signature prints into knitwear required the team to explore a range of construction techniques while maintaining the bold color and visual impact that define the brand. Signature florals are knitted directly into standout styles, such as the Reese Pullover Sweater, using jacquard knitting, while pieces such as the Prescott Dress incorporate digital surface printing. The Isa Ribbed Maxi Dress features an engineered traveling rib stitch designed to contour the body for a universally flattering fit. Future collections will continue to build on these innovations through elevated stitch techniques and knitwear craftsmanship.
“From print-driven dresses to texture-forward knits, the throughline is always the same: clothes that make women feel good,” said Daniel Saponaro, Owner and Creative Director of Hutch. “Knitwear has been on our minds for a long time, and when we introduced the category, it was important that it still felt unmistakably Hutch, the same woman, the same sensibility, just a new way to wear it.”
The launch establishes knitwear as a permanent category for Hutch, reflecting the brand’s continued evolution beyond dresses while remaining rooted in its signature aesthetic. Building on this debut, the brand will continue expanding its knitwear offering in all future seasons to come, further developing the category through new silhouettes, stitch techniques, and signature print applications.
Retail prices range from $238 – $260 in sizes XS-XL. The first delivery is available now on hutch-design.com, with additional deliveries arriving on September 8 and October 5, 2026. Select dress styles are also available at Anthropologie. Campaign imagery and high-resolution product photography are available here.
