PR Newswire
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 28, 2026
A newly redesigned wine list organized by flavor joins a new weekday Happy Hour, guest-favorite sushi and premium entrées, all now available at participating locations
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Academy Award-nominee, Taraji P. Henson, is bringing a little extra sparkle to P.F. Chang’s®. The leading Pan-Asian restaurant brand debuted a newly redesigned wine list, featuring Seven Daughters Moscato, now available by the glass and by the bottle, from the wine brand for which Henson serves as Strategic Advisor and Creative Collaborator. In addition, guests can also enjoy a new weekday Happy Hour, featuring the much-anticipated $15 Sushi & Sip pairing, along with several of this year’s most popular limited-time dishes, which now have a permanent home on the main menu.
The new wine list is organized by flavor profile rather than varietal, from Sparkling & Refreshing to Full & Bold, with pairing suggestions now appearing beside select dishes throughout the menu. Seven Daughters Moscato is featured as the suggested pairing for P.F. Chang’s Dynamite Shrimp, tempura-battered and tossed in a sriracha aioli. Other new additions include Gratien Meyer Crémant de Loire Brut Rosé, Belle Glos “Las Alturas” Pinot Noir, Stags’ Leap “Aveta” Sauvignon Blanc, Penfolds Max’s Shiraz and DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon.
Separate from the new wine list, P.F. Chang’s new Happy Hour runs Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. in the bar and on the patio at participating locations where permitted by applicable law, featuring $6 select beer and wine, $9 cocktails, $12 full-size appetizers and the new $15 Sushi & Sip offering. The most awaited addition, Sushi & Sip pairs a Spicy Tuna or California Roll with Sapporo or Joto One “Graffiti Cup” Sake, a single-serve sake whose cup was designed by Japanese graffiti artist, Shiro. Fan favorite Japanese Wok-Fired Calamari, served with scallions, Fresno peppers and a wasabi aioli dipping sauce, also returns as part of the year-round lineup. Rounding out the bar menu, Happy Hour introduces a sake category and a $12 Japanese whisky selection featuring Toki, Mars Iwai 45 and Nikka Coffey Grain, served on the rocks, neat or as a highball.
“Happy Hour should be an opportunity to experience what our kitchen does best,” said Steve Solis, VP of Culinary at P.F. Chang’s. “With full-size appetizers and the new Sushi & Sip pairing, we’re putting the food front and center and giving guests a reason to make us part of their weekday plans.”
Midweek, guests can also take advantage of Wine Wednesday, offering half-price bottles of wine, Champagne and sake all day at participating locations where permitted by applicable law for dine-in guests 21 and older.
On the main menu, dishes that earned a following as limited-time offerings are now here to stay, including three premium entrées in a newly expanded Chef’s Favorites section:
- NY Prime Strip Steak Tataki: lightly seared steak with yuzu ponzu, butter, togarashi aioli and microgreens
- Lobster & Prawn Fried Rice: lobster and prawns tossed with P.F. Chang’s signature fried rice, cremini mushrooms and lobster sauce
- Oolong Chilean Sea Bass: wild-caught, tea-marinated fillet skewered with blistered grape tomatoes and shishito peppers, served with spinach and ginger-soy sauce
Sushi fans can also look forward to Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, Tiger Roll, Philly Roll, and the Sushi Boat, a shareable centerpiece that sets sail with chilled edamame, a California Roll, a Shrimp Tempura Roll and a choice of two additional rolls.
For guests dining at home, Lobster & Prawn Fried Rice and Oolong Chilean Sea Bass are now available for takeout and delivery.
The new wine list, Happy Hour menu, and menu additions are now available at participating P.F. Chang’s restaurants. Availability, pricing and offerings may vary by location.
