Gourmet All-Day Café Toastique to Open First Chicagoland Location in Deer Park on Nov. 7

DEER PARK, IL, UNITED STATES, October 29, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Toastique, the vibrant gourmet toast, juice and coffee bar conceptualized in Washington D.C., is gearing up to open its very first store in Illinois next month. Located in Deer Park, Toastique will open its doors on Saturday, Nov. 7 where customers will be able to enjoy a health-focused menu served inside a modern cafe setting. The store, which will be nestled inside the Deer Park Town Center, Northwest Chicago’s premier outdoor lifestyle hub, will welcome the community in by rewarding the first 100 people in line on opening day (8am-5pm) with $50 in Toastique reward dollars with any toast purchase. Those who aren’t the first 100 will still receive a free drip coffee or small juice (12oz) on tap with any $10+ purchase.

Toastique’s entrance into Chicagoland marks a pivotal moment for the brand, which was founded eight years ago and now boasts more than 60 locations nationwide. Created by former D1 collegiate cheerleader Brianna Keefe, its mission is to make healthy eating approachable, accessible and enjoyable for all. All items are made in-house using premium ingredients, which are locally sourced when possible. Toastique also uses no artificial additives or added sugars within its recipes. The Deer Park location will be owned and operated by local franchisees, Sunny Puri, Romi Puri and Angad Johar.

Open seven days a week, customers of Toastique – Deer Park can look forward to a variety of dishes and handheld menu items, packed with nutrition. Its namesake line of signature toasts features sweet and savory varieties such as Avocado Smash, Smoked Salmon and PB Crunch. Other offerings like handcrafted smoothie bowls are packed with fresh superfoods with options including acai, strawberry and peanut butter banana. Toastique also serves smoothies, cold-pressed juices and wellness shots along with an espresso bar. For those on the move, a grab-and-go section features dishes with added convenience for wherever the day leads.
